Our annual Fundraising Gala Dinner is back for 2023!
Brainwave Australia is delighted to announce our 2023 Brainwave Fundraising Gala will be held on Friday, 25 August, at The Glasshouse, in the heart of the Olympic Park Precinct. Join us for an unforgettable evening featuring fine dining, a Champagne bar, priceless silent auction, live music, and dancing, and your support will help us change lives forever.
Proceeds from this important Gala will go directly to Brainwave Australia, so we can continue supporting over 1,300 families across Australia caring for a child with a brain injury or illness, so the families can adapt and thrive.

Assisting over 1,300 Brainwave Families across Australia, we provide holistic support in times of crisis, ongoing access to information and resources, funding for equipment and therapies, and support to build meaningful social connections with, and between, families.
Since 1994, we've been proudly walking hand in hand with families to help them live their best lives. This year alone, we expect over 300 additional families to come to us for support.

How do I get to the Glasshouse?
The Glasshouse is located at Olympic Boulevard, Olympic Park, Melbourne, Victoria 3001. You can see The Glasshouse on Google Maps here. There’s a guest entrance into Glasshouse via Olympic Boulevard.
The Eastern Plaza Carpark via entrance D on Olympic Boulevard (which is across the road from Glasshouse) is open for Public Parking. Parking is subject to space available and subject to the fee set by Melbourne & Olympic Parks. This is normally $7.50. We strongly recommend you pre book parking to avoid disappointment.
Alternatively, you may prefer to use the very reasonably priced metered parking on Alexandra Avenue and make the short walk over Swan Street bridge.
Trams from the city and surrounds are walking distance to The Glasshouse.
What is the dress code?
The 2023 Hand in Hand Brainwave Gala is a formal affair.
Can you cater to specific dietary requirements?
Yes, absolutely! The dietary requirements of yourself, or your guests, can be entered after checkout on the Registration Confirmation Page, when you are entering the table guests’ details.
If you aren't aware of them at the time of purchase, you can simply log back into your dashboard and add in your guest details and dietary requirements. To login to your dashboard, click here

How do I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased via credit card online on this website by clicking any of the Buy Tickets buttons, or invoices can be issued for EFT payment.

Am I able to purchase individual tickets, or do I have to buy a table?
Yes, you can purchase individual tickets or a table. A single ticket is $275 incl GST and a table of 10 is $2,500 incl GST
Are you able to issue an invoice to be paid by EFT instead of paying by credit card?
Yes. Email events@brainwave.org.au requesting your invoice and the details for who the invoice is being made out to and we’ll be in touch ASAP.
